What can I do?

Talk to us - We have developed a programme that will be tailor-made to each of our clients needs, wants and aspirations. It focuses on the following key areas, - Business strategy, Organisational processes, Management effectiveness, People management techniques, Building long-term profitability, Employer branding, Controlling the customer experience, Marketing your business from the inside out and creating a United vision.

Funding is currently available to businesses that fit the criteria, for managers within their organisation to develop their leadership and management skills.

It is very simple to apply for, and we will assist you through out the process.

How do I do this?

Through an interactive and practical action learning based programme, working with you and involving the key decision makers (management) within the organisation to formulate a definitive and measurable plan that suits your exact needs and make a discernable and lasting difference.

The Process

• Initial Meeting and expectation exchange
• Meeting to approve funding with a Business Link Advisor
• Delivery of training and development activities
• Review and evaluate business benefits
• Payment of project in full
• Funding grant proportion paid directly to your business(currently within 2-3weeks)

The funding criteria (subject to availability and approval)

• Funding available is limited to specific areas within the North West
• Business must have minimum 5 full time employees and less than 250*
• Businesses must not have tapped into this fund before
• Up to 7 managers within the business can apply for the fund
• Up to £1000 is available for each manager your contribution to access this level of funding would be £500 (so you will have a budget of £1500 for each manager to put towards your individual training requirements.)

Business leaders and senior managers of organisations that employ between five and 999 employees are eligible for the service. Up to six managers can take part in businesses with 250 to 999 employees and up to seven managers in those with five to 249 employees. Each participating manager will need to undertake a skills audit and complete an individual personal development plan.
