Our Journey with TMC Creative

As a provincial Insurance Brokerage we had a very strong local brand with great history attached as the trading name dates back 127 years, however we wanted to market ourselves to a wider audience and update our image to something more modern in the process. The previous trading brand we had used meant something to our very loyal local customers – but not to the wider audience outside of the locality of our office.

As an insurance broker policy covers and numbers are my thing, not creative, arty design therefore we needed to find someone who would work with us not just for this exercise but moving forward as we continue to evolve and grow our business and develop new brands and niches in various areas. We chose TMC Creative from a number of suppliers on the passion they showed for helping us grow our business and working with us for the long term in developing our brands and corporate identity.

The proof is in the pudding so to speak and the Artwork and look and feel of what TMC created for us was first class, a real “WOW” was felt as we were presented with the material. We felt we had gone from a small provincial broker with a LOGO to having a “corporate identity” – we could now write to customers nationwide and promote our brand with confidence with the professional image required to do this.

We have pro-actively run a mailing campaign over the last 6 month’s to businesses offering our services using our branded literature and this has proved very successful we have received a 40% increase in enquiries and this has resulted in our NB conversion rates increasing by the same percentage therefore has had a positive effect on our bottom line. We are now working on various other products and niche’s with TMC and are excited about the potential ahead as we develop and launch these brands. I would have no doubt at all in recommending the services of Tim, Jan and their team to anyone.
